Chopping the tomato

Cut this way first

Then Cut this way

Coat the pan

Add Scallions

Add Cabbage

in anouther pan start cooking the scallops

Add: Salt, Pepper, and Lemon Zest

Tomato goes on last so it doesnt get overcooked and mushy!
